I came across this meal from Taste of Home. I thought I could make it trail worthy so hear we go.

After the filming I realized on one hand this was very similar to the Beef Cacciatore I did a while back. When the spoon hit the mouth it was very different. When you change out a couple of ingredients and the cooking style the two dishes are very different.
