Fish soup is the best and the simplest healthy food which will help you to keep warm in cold weather. You can improve all receipts and add different fish and different vegetables, but I chose the old Belarusian version with barley grits, and it turns out to be especially tasty and rich.
I cooked it near wonderful place. It’s a field near 16th century castle, you can fell a special medieval atmosphere in this dish.
You need this Ingredients:
Vegetables – potatoes, onions, carrots
Spices bay leaf and black peppercorns, salt
